RETURN POLICY

We want our girls to feel empowered while wearing our tees and sporting our goodies. That being said, if you are not happy with your item we will do our best to make it right.

Full Price items in their original, unused condition with tags attached are eligible for an exchange or return within 14 days of purchase (excluded sale, discounted, or items marked as final sale). The original kissoomi.com receipt must be present. KISSOOMI maintains the discretion to determine if an item is in its original condition.

There are no exchanges or returns on International orders, unless the item is defective or a shipping error was made on behalf of KISSOOMI.

All sale, discounted, or items marked as final sale cannot be returned.

RETURNS
To start a return, please contact us at nikki@kissoomi.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Once your exchange or return has been approved by KISSOOMI you will then have 10 days to send back your item/s. Any order received after 10 days will be forwarded back to the sender. 

Please allow 5 business days from the time your item/s is received in our warehouse for the return to be processed. If there are any problems processing it, we'll let you know. 

Merchandise purchased on kissoomi.com cannot be returned to other KISSOOMI retailers. Merchandise purchased from other KISSOOMI retailers cannot be exchange or returned at kissoomi.com. Please check the refund policy for full details.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please send us an email.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

DAMAGES + ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt.  If the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. This will help us look into the issue and make it right. 

SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Any additional shipping charges for exchanges/returns will be the customers responsibility. If we made a mistake with your order, KISSOOMI will take care of the return shipping fees.

To begin processing your return, send us an email to nikki@kissoomi.com with your receipt and any relevant photos. We'll go from there!

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING -OFF PERIOD
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
