ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING

Your order will be processes within 3-4 business days of order being placed from our Los Angeles location. You will receive an email after purchasing to confirm your order. Once your order has been processed you will receive a final confirmation/fulfillment email to notify you when to expect your package.

USPS Standard 7-10 days

RATES
FREE SHIPPING on all orders or $75
$6.95 Standard shipping in the contiguous USA on orders under $75
International Rates Vary and will be defined at checkout

NOTES
Please provide a valid street address for deliver instead of a PO Box.
Orders placed after 12pm PST on Friday will be processed the following Monday
Pickup days do not count as transit days. 
We are not responsible for USPS shipping delays.
Customs fees and duties are the responsibility of the customer.

LOST PACKAGES
In order to ensure you receive your package, we highly recommend choosing a safe location for delivery! Please double check your shipping address when you receive your order confirmation as we are NOT responsible for packages that are lost, missing, or delivered to the wrong address. 

If your package was marked as delivered but you did not receive the package, we recommend doing the following: 

1. Wait 1 day. Packages often get marked by postal workers as delivered before delivery. It may still be in transit.

2. Ask your neighbors. Often times if you live in an apartment complex packages may be accidentally delivered to neighbors.

3. Check the post office to see if your package is being held or if notices weren’t received.
